PYNK PROVIDENCECORPORATIONHome / The Prynks Pilot Program
A place to live.
A foundation to grow.
The Prynks Pilot Program is Pynk Providence’s proposed student-housing and independent-living initiative. Our long-term vision brings practical housing, financial education, and coordinated support together so students can focus on their education and their next chapter.
PROPOSED PROGRAM · IN DEVELOPMENT
The Prynks Pilot Housing Vision.

A proposed shared-home model supporting housing stability while students pursue their education and build independent-living skills.

A proposed apartment model for students who need an affordable housing option and a stable foundation for their next chapter.
Illustrative design concepts only. These images are not current properties or available housing listings.
Students deserve a stable starting point.
The program’s intended audience includes incoming college students experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity, as well as continuing students who need affordable apartment or shared-home options.
Housing stability.
Housing uncertainty can make it harder to start college, stay enrolled, and plan ahead. Our vision addresses the living foundation students need while pursuing education.
Real spaces for real life.
The proposed model starts with existing apartments and shared homes. We envision clean, comfortable interiors with practical living areas, kitchens, and space to study.
Independent living.
Connect a place to live with learning about household budgets, housing responsibilities, financial decisions, and the skills behind greater independence.
More than a housing search.
A comfortable home base.
Develop apartment and shared-home arrangements around student needs and approved partner agreements. Comfortable furnishings and functional study spaces are part of the interior vision.
Education connected to daily life.
Financial literacy, household budgeting, consumer awareness, and introductory business education help students connect what they learn with decisions they make at home and beyond.
Coordinated support.
Build a clear structure for housing coordination, check-ins, and relevant resource referrals with participating institutions and local partners.
A focused launch. A larger vision.
The Prynks Pilot Program will develop in phases. The wider program vision is not limited to one city or a fixed number of students. Each location and cohort will be developed around partner agreements, available homes, funding, and student needs.
Program development is ongoing. Homes pictured are illustrative concepts, not currently available listings. Enrollment, pricing, eligibility, locations, and launch dates will be announced once confirmed. This commercial institutional program is separate from the nonprofit initiative.
